Trips of Any Distance:
We provide medical transport both for local trips in Riga, Bauska, and other cities of Latvia (for delivery to procedures, a nursing home, or the journey home from the hospital), as well as for longer international trips throughout Europe.
Caring and Helpful Staff:
We provide full support and assistance during the transfer. In times when the presence of medics is required, medical transportation is performed with qualified ambulance staff, guaranteeing continuous monitoring of the health condition.
Specialized Transport and Equipment:
Our specialized medical transport is fully adapted to modern needs, guaranteeing a stable and safe environment. To ensure the best care for bedridden and seated passengers, we are equipped with stretchers, wheelchairs, and secure mountings.

In what situations is medical transport required?
Our specialized medical transport provides patient transfer between medical institutions, delivery to planned procedures, as well as the transportation of bedridden people with mobility impairments for whom using regular transport is impossible. Regardless of the severity, we will assign the appropriate medical staff.
Is a doctor's referral required?
A referral is not required to request our services. However, please note that a doctor’s referral may be necessary for the hospital or rehabilitation center you plan to visit.
In which territory do you operate?
We provide medical transportation both within the borders of Latvia and abroad. Specific costs are calculated and confirmed before the trip.
What to do if the patient cannot move independently?
We can arrange additional staff members to carry the patient. If the patient is located on an upper floor, a stair-carrying surcharge is applied — starting from the 2nd floor, 5 EUR per floor. We arrange all of this in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly upon arrival.
What medical equipment is inside the vehicle?
Our emergency medical vehicle is equipped with a LIFEPAK defibrillator, stretchers, an infusion pump, and an oxygen system — everything necessary for safe and controlled transportation.
Can an accompanying person ride along?
Yes, one accompanying person can ride along. If extra space is required—for example, for a wheelchair or a larger amount of luggage—please specify this when booking the trip.
How far in advance do we need to apply?
If the trip is planned (for example, a hospital discharge or a doctor’s appointment), it is recommended to book the service in advance. In acute and urgent cases, please contact us by phone — if we have an available vehicle, we will respond immediately.
